2. Use of this site. The content on athleticinterpretations.com is provided for general information about our products and programs. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse content for commercial purposes without written permission.
3. Intellectual property. Our sensing and scoring technology is protected by U.S. Patent 9,937,402, and our names, logos, and content are protected by trademark and copyright law. Nothing on this site grants a license to any of our intellectual property.
4. Purchases. Product purchases are processed through our store at speedbagchamp.com and are subject to the pricing, shipping, replacement, and return terms shown at checkout, including our 7-day replacement promise. Compatible third-party equipment (such as swivels and balls) is sold by its respective manufacturers, and we are not responsible for third-party products.
5. The app. The Speedbag Champ app is free to download on the App Store and Google Play, is rated for ages 13 and up, and is governed by our Privacy Policy (linked in the footer). Optional premium features may be offered by subscription through the app stores.
6. Training safety. Speed bag training is physical exercise. Use equipment as directed, inspect your setup before each session, and consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program. You assume the ordinary risks of athletic training.
7. Schools and institutions. Pilot programs, curriculum materials, and institutional purchases are arranged directly with us and may be covered by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability. This site and our products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
